      freebies, food, schedule flexibility, great culture, but change of management results in change in everything, excellent learning and growth environment, could be top level if not one of the best insurance packages provided, technical management is excellent or superior

      low transparency, lack of job certainty, career movement uncertain, business management is iffy at best

      Pros

      Core teammates where easy to collaborate with. Project leads are very helpful and knowledgable. Lots of hands on experience with all areas of the tech stack.

      Cons

      Declining culture. Decreased Project funding. Very difficult for staff to find other projects for developers to move to. Top down communication from management was minimal.
