flexible schedule somewhat happy atmosphere great healthy snacks the people I work with are awesome

Cons

leadership is in their own bubble there is no recognition (common complaint from my peers) for a small company there isn't much ability to be heard or participate in changes some goals set are unobtainable no technology certification advancement of any kind provided
