      Pros

      Good benefits, HR is working hard for the employees. Good people to work with. Company is investing in new programs, new growth.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover in the last few years, but seems to be stabilizing.

      Pros

      This company is molding into a top notch government contractor. Great leadership in place with high standards upholding to the company's set values. Quarterly town hall meetings with leadership front and center delivering the most current projects, news, and upcoming events. Leadership bringing in the much needed high class, high standard professionals to become part of this, now new, company and carry the new mission. Out with the old, in with the new has done this company some good! Benefits are outstanding compared to other employers in the metropolitan area.

      Cons

      No work place is absolutely perfect... but when you step into a company who has the best intentions to make that work place the best, it is one to stand-by!

      Pros

      Learning experience regarding setting expectations for ethical behavior in a contract-oriented, growth-driven, mini-corporate environment that will last a lifetime. Was allowed to assume lots of responsibility without the need to worry about the reward or having too many resources or management focus to capitalize on success with fundamental innovations.

      Cons

      Major lack of identity and focus coupled with an intense emphasis on acquisition, where execution and delivery are often an afterthought. Do not expect contractual obligations like IP agreements or royalties to be honored.
