You can tell the Executive team truly cares about their employees and it shows with the amazing benefit offerings. Altamira strives to maintain the small company feel, but with the benefits that would normally be offered at a larger organization. They also have a holistic Healthy Living program which shows how much value they place on their people. It encourages employees to be engaged physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. The employees here are good people and the work stays challenging.
