Pros

Style of the Store. Visual Merchandise.

Cons

No Promotions, Turn over rate is high. No raises. Once was closed on Sundays, for a day of rest. Quickly changed that to a full day for further business increase. The CEO is pompous, he will be glad and email great job to those who have made plan or day, but will remind you of the 500 thousand that the company in all is behind for month. No encouragement for growth.

Good discount. Room to be creative.

Cons

Management would make you stay till 11-12 at night to clean, or come in at 7 in the morning on a Sunday floor changes.

Expected to work well beyond 40 hours a week and not document fully Work all associates more than expectation Work 12-15 hour days No respect from "higher-ups" The company contradicts it's "core values" Not conducive to work/life balance at all
