Cons

Tons of work for just one person. Not only are you changing the window displays, doing floor sets and changing all the mannequins; you are also having to sell and meet a quota. Half the days you were doing visuals then they would expect you to switch to being on the sales floor. Very strange. Deadlines for windows were also outrageous. Had to work past my scheduled hours to get everything done. Management was also changing frequently. Felt very unsteady.
