Everything. Down to the weird Christian obsession to the unrealistic online orders we had to complete plus managing secret shoppers. I have never witnessed such horrible district leaders with much ordered direction given but none appreciation for what everyone that worked in the store did. This company doesn’t appreciate you. This store only seems to be functional in Tennessee. You guys will go bankrupt and it’s unfortunate for those who worked themselves so hard especially during the holidays, with absolutely no work life balance to attest to. Met so many great employees and had a great store leaders who was fired Due to her not giving enough write ups for things that were beyond her control. Sexist CEO And his meetings were even weirder. Just a waste of time while I could be fixing up your store and you’re telling me about your boring weekend. If you have about 6 employees and about 200+ customers that come in and out the store, please tell me how it is possible to give your undivided attention to every single guests. We had no employees because this company hold no retention. This place is eerie and racist. Mark my words…. Y’all will have a Netflix series coming VERY VERY soon. 😉 your attorneys should be aware, if not… here you are.

Cons

Pay doesn’t match expectations. They encourage off the clock work with texting or calling while you’re not in the business. They’re doing giveaways for concerts abroad while their employees can’t afford rent due to their 20% pay cuts .

Awful management and HUGE decrease in hourly pay when they are asking SO much of you. Everyone left the company due to a huge pay decrease after we won store of the year and worked our behinds off. Makes absolutely no sense. No bonuses or recognition for our hard work. Take better care of your employees before you go bankrupt.
