Brand has lots of potential.

Cons

Senior leadership fosters an extremely abusive and toxic workplace. You will be frequently cursed at in large townhall meetings and told you are not working hard enough because you are a spoiled corporate employee. Working less than 50 hours a week is frowned upon (and the typical is closer to 60) and if you are seen leaving before 6PM, you will be called out by the executive team as a slacker. When any concerns are raised by a brave soul willing to risk a tongue lashing, you are gaslighted into calling this "leadership development" or "coaching". Or you will be fired for pushing back. You will also be unnecessarily subject to the CEO's political and social rantings on mandatory company calls. Bottom line: there is no respect for the individual and do not expect any career growth other than learning how to handle a toxic workplace.
