Don't let the cute clothes fool you...

Pros

The discount, but good luck even being able to wear anything you buy.

Cons

Overworked employees, 9-10 hour shifts with no breaks, one person coverage for half a day, low pay for high expectations, horrible treatment from top to bottom.

Things Worsened Overtime

Pros

It was not always such a disappointing experience. I spent many years working for the brand and felt passionately about it. My leadership style handled the pressure and stress in the environment well however It is not suitable for most. Once I decided to weigh the cost and benefit of my experience with Stand Out for Good I respectfully parted ways, although I intended to continue my career with this company for many years. The employees deserve raises, not pay cuts.

Cons

-Growth opportunities do not come with pay/support -Poor communication on all levels of the leadership structure -Higher-level leadership is poor -Significant pay cuts -Company bites off more than they can chew and internal guests suffer because of it (Ex: investing in extensions of the brand that bleed money such as Arula and not hitting unrealistic targets therefore the staff pays via eliminated bonus structure and pay cuts) -Began slacking on standards as the company appears to be going under (Ex: diminishing quality of hire, elimination of Gallup assessments, high turnover rate due to lack of investment in internal guests, improper payroll delegation)

Pros

the pay used to be the only good thing about this job but now they cut our pay, so nothing.

Cons

Not only do they make us wear terrible uniforms, have ridiculously high expectations but now they want to cut our pay? And expect workers to still be motivated to meet all these expectations?? not only that but they are leasing a new home office and hiring a private chef and fitness coordinator so that way all the people sitting at a desk not doing any real work get it made but the people who actually make the company money are given scraps.
