Pros

Christian, could pray at work, cute clothes with great discount, talk to people all day, walk for hours (getting steps in), never the same day, great customers, inspiring CEO

Cons

Turned Numbers focused, too many leaders, hard to hire due to newer standards- that meant nothing because the turn over was insane, turned corporate, lost sight of the core value, pulled in number driven managers who were more bottom line then people inspired.

Pros

There were perks of pay in the beginning, but large pay cuts on everyone but executive level in 2024 drove most staff away.

Cons

No benchmark was good enough, you could exceed expectations in goals and they would still be upset. Even hourly management/non salary was expected to be available at any moment off the clock and drop anything for the company even if it did not pertain to you individually with no compensation. Higher ups would keep people around with the promise of movement up and then when the opportunity would arise, tell you that you actually aren’t in the running/not even allow an interview for the exact position they said would be their path for you.

Pros

They offer generous pay , but before that after the hours you are required to work the pay isn’t worth it.

Cons

No district leadership support, district leadership gives orders and is not a team player. Lots of lies told and a very manipulative culture within the district. Unfortunate the morals that the people up top speak of, are not what have been trickled down through the leadership of this district.
