Ok for first job, but not great long term

Clothes discount, philanthropy events, constant change of inventory

Cons

Poor management at some of the stores, sales associates get thrown under the bus for management problems especially during regional visits, hard work isn't recognized

Inclusion, you have a voice, changing the world for the better is the mantra, understanding is that no one is perfect, but together we can all do good.

Cons

It’s not for everyone, but nothing is. This family is what you are willing to put into it. I have never had the pleasure of working ever with a family that works so hard hoping quickly that that hard work quickly equates to positive change for the world .
