Pros

Discount was nice, amazing coworkers.

Cons

Even if you're a top seller consistently, get the highest sales that quarter, etc. management still doesn't respect you. We were bribed with Starbucks/Ipsy makeup to double/triple sales goals. Management was a clique of mean girls who preached "stand out for good" but didn't ever walk the walk.

Pros

The mission is amazing and the pay is decent.

Cons

The work-life balance is awful when balanced with the expectations of what needs to get done in 40hrs a week. ABSOLUTELY no grace for external circumstances effecting business. Every attempt to talk through these potential problems and solutions are met with "you're not being positive enough". Even though the attempt is to keep management in the loop with hurdles and our attempts to solve them. They keep assistant store leaders out of the loop even though we are a huge part of what keeps the stores running. If Store Leaders had even an ounce of work-life balance, I would actually consider promoting so I could feel like I am important to the company. But seeing how store leaders are treated, it's the last thing I would like to promote to.

Pros

They make a lot of money.

Cons

Read the negative reviews and take them to heart. This company may claim Christian values, but this is a nothing more than a marketing strategy.
