      Great company to grow with and so much more!

      Pros

      It's a give back company focused on improving the lives of people around the World, strong growth and development opportunities to the next level (where ever you want to grow in the company is all up to you), the standards are extremely high so the performance is the best you give, the guest experience is the best in the industry, feeling that you have actually helped others every single day, comprehensive training program that sets you up for success, mission trips to Peru, fun and loving working environment with executives that care about your future and work life balance, company is constantly changing and evolving to get better and open perspectives on visuals that allow you to use your own creativity (no plan-o-grams to follow)...just to name a few.

      Cons

      Still working on the bugs of a new company (technical issues, shipment allocations, markdowns, etc..), districts are spread out due to fewer stores, workload is very full for salary mangers (however it is a 40hr work week for salary compensation).

      Working at Altar'd State has been such a rewarding experience. This isn't a company that is concerned about how much money they make, they concern themselves with how much we can give back. How much can we give back to our local communities? How much can we give back to our employees? I have never worked for a company that cares more about their employees than at Altar'd State. They inspire you on a daily basis and challenge you to set the standard high. It is so rewarding to work for a company that believes in you, inspires you to do the best you can, encourages you to volunteer in your community, empowers you with the opportunity to take full ownership in your business, and acknowledges and rewards you when you succeed.

      Cons

      If you work for this company, they are committed to giving you all of the tools you need to succeed and as long as you are taking ownership, being a great leader, and embracing the core values of this company, there are no cons.
