      Good employee discounts but not worth the pay and rude customers

      Pros

      You get discounts on very cute clothes, most of the women that work with you are very nice, the company has good values but doesn't always live up to them.

      Cons

      Customers can be super rude and disrespectful, they ask a lot from brand reps but you don't get paid very much and have to deal with a lot of rude people including managers occasionally. Bottom line is you don't get paid enough to do what you are asked to do and you will deal with very rude and stuck up customers.
