Too much drama between coworkers at the location where I worked, I didn't get paid on time the whole 4 almost 5 months I worked there, key holders took personal calls on the store phone as well as hid in the office most of the time, poor communication with management, unless you are 21 you can't move up and very rare you get the chance.

Lots of hours and work quantity, but this is such a new company that even they recognize their faults and are willing to listen to any feedback given.
