Positive, professional, enjoyable work environment. This is a give back brand highly involved in outreach which makes work that much more rewarding. The customers are pleasant and the atmosphere is incredible. Paid time off is very generous and you can also be paid for volunteer work in your local community. 30 day paid sabbatical after 5yrs in addition to earned paid time off. Opportunities to travel out of country to participate in mission/volunteer work. This is a faith based company that truly wants to just give back and stand out for good using the retail business as the platform. The company is growing and expanding into other avenues in retail so opportunities to grow with this brand feels exciting! Altar’d State highly values work life balance so managers are only working 40 hour work weeks regularly where other retailers expect more. The company culture is so positive and uplifting. It is truly inspiring to work for Altar’d State. Anyone considering coming to this company won’t be disappointed.

Work environment is amazing, they are so flexible with the work environment. The benefits are top notch and being apart of the give back is an amazing feeling. The leadership team is so passionate and truly cares for every single associate.
