I have been with Altar'd State for 9 years, and I have watched this company grow into an amazing retailer who cares so much about culture and people. They have encouraged my growth as a person and helped get me to where I am today. They have always empowered me to make decisions without having to go through an approval process with upper management. I would recommend Altar'd State to anyone.

Cons

Altar'd State is a fast growing retailer and there will always be growing pains, just like any other fast growing company. But we figure out solutions as a team.

I agree with you on the growing pains though, its definitely the season we are in as a fast growing company, but we are proving we can withstand the growth, the ups and downs, and everything else that comes with it! Pros

-faith based and give back company. You can get paid for volunteer hours. -easy to grow and get promoted within if you have results. -great product.

Cons

-even though you’re a manager you don’t get paid enough. I’ve gotten a raise but had over 20 hours cut for my weekly hours. -corporate is not understanding of the reality of the buyers in the market.
