Cons

Do most of the work of an ASM with less pay and no benefits Very high expectations 2 hour long closing procedures

We understand that the two hour close has raised several questions from our associates as to the "why" behind our closing process. As a company that always puts the guest first, we want to recover, replenish and prepare for the next day's business so that we can provide an exceptional experience versus associates folding clothes on the sales floor like so many retailers. Each shift is usually only 5 hours and the work is really easy. All my coworkers and managers are great and care about you and the store. Employee discount is great

Cons

We have a lot of people come and go with holiday seasons and payroll being tight sometimes.
