Unrealistic expectations No work/life balance Unfair/unsafe working conditions Toxic culture Does not take feedback Very little PTO and hard to actually take Leadership does not operate on facts, and will use hearsay against you No Diversity and Inclusion Leadership is unsupportive from all levels CEO hosts weekly calls where he is either overly complimentary for no reason, or just belittles everyone

Pros

The team atmosphere was great, I had wonderful managers that made the job fun and exciting. It became a small family and I enjoyed going to work because of them. I also loved the clothing options and how there was a multitude of different styles to choose from.

Cons

The high-up management was not the nicest. They would scare employees to work better. Once a month they had a "fake customer" come in and grade the store on its ability to help its customers. If you did poorly your job could be at stake.
