To this day, I say it was my favorite job. I made the best friends there and it was a wonderful work environment.

Awesome work/life balance Close work family Help easily available Huge opportunity for upward mobility Great discount ranging from 40-50% off throughout the year plus associate only sales Opportunities to travel within the US as well as internationally Service oriented This company has opened over 100 stores in less than ten years and has remained completely debt free!! That reflects upon the crazy business intelligence of the planning teams in this company!

Cons

Loyalty to management sometimes comes at the cost of the store’s success This job is not for you if you are not extremely hands on

Beautiful Clothes, excellent mission and values, customers are usually nicer, employee discount

Cons

Inconsistency of management, pay is low, floorsets take at least 8 hours are at night and you are not paid overtime.
