Pros

Tons of room for growth! Your career can really take off here. I feel so appreciated and taken care of by my supervisor! Anytime I have needed time off, extra support or really anything at all, I have received it. I have worked in retail for over 19 years and this is the best place I have ever worked! I feel so happy to be giving back in a big way both in our community and abroad. I have been promoted into the job I have always wanted. I would never have had the opportunity at any other company.

Cons

So much to get done! That is not really a con in my opinion. I want to be busy! Weeks and days fly by and everyday is a new and exciting challenge.

Altar'd State is all about people. I have never worked with a company that truly cares so much about adding value to everyone's lives...from the guest, to the employees and people in the community. This company really does Stand Out. For Good. Always.

Wish that I had the opportunity to work for the brand earlier in my career.

Altar'd State isn't just a job, it is a community, a family of some of the most caring and passionate individuals I've ever met. The work environment is friendly, fun and creative. There are many great employee benefit programs and fun perks. The office is dog friendly and always entertaining. Altar'd State has pushed me professionally and empowered me to take my career to the next level.

Cons

They have not yet set up a paid maternity leave policy.

From newly introduced paid Sabbatical programs, Student Debt Repayment plans, Company-paid Peru Give Back Trips, and competitive health and wellness programs with no healthcare increases for several years, we will continue improve the associate experience every year.
