      Great company with a great mission. Fun work environment. Most enjoyable job I've had thus far

      The manager is fairly flexible with scheduling

      Cons

      retention problems, poor management from corporate down, we have terrible retention problems and are severely understaffed.

      Pros

      The company's theme of "stand out for good" bases itself on strong Christian values, which I too uphold. I appreciated the prayer book near the dressing rooms and would pray for customers who would write in it.

      Cons

      Management was not great in 2014. Hopefully it has changed. Managers were not encouraging and sales representatives were encouraged to compete to meet daily goals. No commission was given either, which I thought was odd.
