Pros

Altar'd State has a great mission behind it and supports many great causes. It offers a variety of products enabling each store to reach a wide range of customers. The stores offer many learning experiences to the employees by allowing them to be hands on.

Cons

I didn't feel that the company put enough care into who was selected for the management teams. Managers were inexperienced and many did not represent the image that the company was projecting.

I am trusted to change full walls, and mannequins. Customer service is amazing here!

Cons

It is sort of hard to move up if you do not know people in management. The pay is fairly low.
