Pros

Medical Benefits are good for young single people which is the vast majority of the company.

Cons

If you are over 35 or have a family know you are in a very small minority. They prefer everyone to look and be the same. There is little to no diversity You are part of the “club” or you are not. There is no consistency with upper management, everything is based on if you are liked in the moment (which can also change quickly). Upper management can be extremely rude and condescending based on current business and not actual work ethics. As with any company that does large pay increases they took it from your payroll. So expect to be set up for failure with your work life. And know that you are expected to be on call 24/7.
