Liked the people I worked with but honestly that's about it.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations and never clear on what they want. There are so many people above you and they all have different things they go by so you're almost ALWAYS doing something wrong. The district managers weren't very kind as well. It was always criticism and never coaching. So not a huge fan of that because all it does is discourage

The people you work with are almost always amazing!

Cons

The latest dress code discriminates on the basis of gender, multi-unit leaders ask inappropriate interview questions about marital and family status, managers are taught to complete I-9s incorrectly (a costly compliance mistake, if reported), employee training on Workday looks like no one bothered to do any proofreading. Operationally, AS is no better. I love my job, but this company is a hot mess.
