Pros

The only good thing was the store coworkers but they were constantly leaving.

Cons

The mean girl culture from district leaders and vice presidents, the unbelievably unprofessional CEO, and the unrealistic expectations led to the highest turnover I’ve ever seen in a retailer. There was never a single day that I was proud to say I was proud to work for this company.

Pros

great people, good discount, uplifting place

Cons

Higher expectations at times, but wanted you and the company to be successful so it wasn’t really a negative

Pros

Creative freedom, cute clothes, decent employee discount.

Cons

The CEO holds weekly conference calls with VPs and store leaders of every store, only to belittle, berate, and humiliate anyone who isn't meeting his unrealistic standards. Known for firing people on the spot and yelling at store leaders in public spaces. Blames store leaders for their assistant managers' inability to make livable wages while he sends stores IG reels from his private jet. Thrives off the white savior complex. No checks and balances.
