Pros

I love dressing up for work everyday and being in such a positive atmosphere

Cons

i work harder than all of my managers/leads who make more money than me just so they can sit around and talk. I’m being made to do more than half of the responsibilities of the sales floor just because they don’t want to.

Pros

You can bring your dog to the office. That's it. That's the only pro. Just know, that this is likely allowed because the company is well aware of its reputation and realizes how desperately employees in the corporate office need a therapy animal at all times.

Cons

How do you encompass the worst job you've ever had in this little box? Here's a list: - Christian/Spiritual non-sense doesn't match the culture or how upper management interacts with the team. - The CEO is unstable. Full stop. - Senior leadership breeds a culture of distrust and disrespect and that permeates how every team operates. - A lot of time is spent on making things look nice - events, the office, interviews - but there is no authenticity in anything. - The company does not conduct exit interviews and that says a lot. - Inclusion and belonging is far behind. The company organized a Juneteenth celebration that was white-washed and absolutely painful. - The office-only mentality is beyond outdated and so forced. - The "custom" scent wafting through the vents at full blast will leave you with a permanent migraine.

Pros

Store teams and relationships built. Mission Monday. The pay is competitive. But that's how they trap you.

Cons

Upper management- from the district leaders to the CEO. But he is the worst. Degrading, abusive and completely self righteous. The fact that no one will stand up to him is the root of the culture problem.
