Pros

I like my store managers and team, we all have each other's backs for the most part.

Cons

Corporate is making really weird, borderline sexist changes to the dress code right now. They are requiring everyone to wear dresses, which means what, exactly, for the men that work here? The dresses are also uncomfortably revealing for some people. We also can't have any visible tattoos anymore, so some people will be required to wear long sleeves year-round. They are also requiring a certain number of accessories to be worn, which is strange because what about people's personal beliefs or just preferences? I'm concerned about what changes could be next if this continues.

Pros

Only rating it this high because I really loved my coworkers. The employee discount is good but would be better if the items weren’t so overpriced to begin with.

Cons

The new dress code for all female employees is a denim dress that must be purchased from the store as well as covering up any tattoos and removing nose piercings. Overall I don’t think I even need to get into how sexist and ridiculous this is. This combined with long hours with the bare minimum break time, pressure to be all up In the customers faces 24/7, and the overall organization and management of the stores, makes a $16 an hour pay definitely not worth it.
