      Many staff in the company are shining stars. Dedicated to the work and the clients.

      Lack of communication within the company. This lead to a lack of understanding within and between departments.

      Pros

      Benefits-health/vision/dental excellent. Not so much when it comes to mental health. Ot- Occasionally you have the opportunity for OT. Some people you will work along side are great human beings and do give thier all. Holidays off for the most part.

      Cons

      Menial pay- 3 years no raises/bonus except one company wide for just literally pennies 2 years ago. No real advancement opportunities- Management would rather give jobs to friends/family than deserving internal candidates. Long hours insane workload you will be living any position you take here 24/7. -Expect Nursing shifts with no breaks(10/18 hr days) Kiss sleep and any personal time good bye.- Most of the time you barely will have 4/5 hours between shifts unless your in upper management M-F rarely any time on weekends. Disorganized and Catty upper management. Availability doesn't exist they have preferences instead which they do not have to follow it is mearly a suggestion. The culture is very toxic and extremely gossipy the whole ladder is tainted. -Working here you will have so many days that you will not want to go into work because of the backstabbing and gossip that goes on. You will just feel like crap walking in. Upper mamanagement will just pass the buck whenever something is wrong.- Nothing is ever anyones fault unless your at the bottom. No communication happening anywhere here between departments/sites/managers just a complete free for all.

      Pros

      As an employee at Vince and Associates Clinical Research I have had opportunities to expand and grow with the company. It is very rewarding to know that the work we do here is important and it is performed with the highest standards.

      Cons

      The only thing about working in research is that sometimes the work load is very busy and sometimes it can be a little slow.
