Pros
Free lunches and snacks in the office
Cons
Unless you’re in the strategic sales teams you have very little chance of success. In Enterprise Sales and below the biggest problems are: - No marketing support. Leads that come through are often students or from PWC - The targets are huge and you will be horrendously micromanaged whether you’re on or below target - 2x weekly call blitz sessions that are monitored by management are awful for morale - Everything is cold new business and it is complete luck if you succeed - The licence prices are very high and this often puts off SME companies, which make up much of the target market - Huge emphasis on partner sales, which again is a complete lottery depending on the territory you work - The amount of sales attrition is incredible and they will have you on a PIP before you can blink - 15 sales people were sacked without any warning on one day alone - I could go on all day but the CEO hired his mate to be the CRO who made racist comments on LinkedIn. The CEO originally backed him until he realised the extent of the backlash
