Pros

The onboarding and structure of the initial month are great and made a lot of sense to me to get started as good as possible. Through my team I got brilliant base knowledge about Data & Analytics and with the passion and supportive thoughts I build a good baseline to start talking to customers soon as I expected, because I started with another solution sales background.

Cons

The odd side of starting early with customers is, that you miss time for your further onboarding, so I´m a little late with some certifications, but catching up right now. I was used to work for an american company and know that there is at some point more as to much information arriving in our inbox and at your desk. So i was somehow able to tackle that, but for other without this experience it could be a little bit harder to sort and prioritize things.
