Alteryx is a progressive company that has gone through a huge growth phase. This presents multiple opportunities to add value and be part of something big. It also presents a lot of opportunity for progression, both vertically and horizontally should you want to embrace that.

Cons

With all companies that grow rapidly there are always teething problems and learning curves, especially where there have been openings in new regions and territories. This slow up take can be frustrating at times, but again gives opportunities to grow and add additional value.
