      Pros

      Company has great culture, and people are always open to listening to new ideas. There is a lot of rapid change and it is an exciting place to work.

      Cons

      The finance team has a very regimented and linear approach, and is not as fluid as the rest of the business.

      I have had a lot of growth opportunity in the six months I've been here. I have been empowered to improve processes and look at ways to expand my role. I've also been given multiple training opportunities that are good for my career

      Cons

      If you don't like rapid change that comes from growth this could be a tough place for you.
