Lost its direction

Pros

Company is really trying to build a future but the leadership has been changing the company from providing a product that data analysts love to a product that IT departments can deploy faster. The word "cloud" has become a selling mantra instead of highlighting the business outcomes that are accomplished with the platform.

Cons

Leaders that come from the tech infrastructure sector (security, networking, virtualization) but dont know nothing about analytics.

Pros

As another review has said, I can’t say enough about my immediate managers and colleagues. They are truly some of the best people and supportive managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Communication is lacking severely. What are suppose to be monthly meetings, are constantly rescheduled. I believe we’ve had maybe 2 org meetings since the beginning of the year. Questions are always answered with corporate responses and the only change that was made, since hiring upper management to standardized the SDR org, got 9 of our colleagues laid off. An entire team removed because the “restructure” caused them to get no leads, accounts, or teams to support, ending in an “unproductive” group (they had to dig the deepest depths to find any lead to create opportunities and were essentially set up to fail). The morale here is so incredibly low and Alteryx is losing great talent.
