I enjoyed my team (sit within the Product Management arm) very much, very supportive team culture. Leaders are few levels above my direct manager is also interested in supporting you. It is the most warm, sincere, memorable team I enjoyed working with. The scope of work involved Localization, functional and linguistic testing, doing quarterly business reviews, cross functional collaboration with PM, UX, Content, etc. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Company instituted at least 3 rounds of layoffs within 1-2 years. Alteryx has too many meetings and some of them did not seem to lead to productive work and can be done without. I don't think there is enough rigor in the "innovation" front. The new features touted by leadership were not that impressive. However we had "Innovation Days" where talented people present a light version of innovations they worked on. Those presentations were always energetic. A lot of very high caliber talents chose to leave the company over the years.
