Thanks for taking time to share your thoughts. I agree with you that our people are among the best in the business and they are the "secret sauce" of Alteryx! Earlier this year, we launched the Global Job Architecture (GJA), in partnership with Radford, to ensure our career paths, the roles therein, and the compensation we offer our people are fair and competitive in the market. And we leverage our own technology to evaluate how we're doing on those commitments.
