Pros

The company is growing and constantly changing. Often if you are in a bad situation it will change if you ride it out.

Cons

The company is being grown in order to be sold. A large number of VPs have been hired and the company is top-heavy. The CEO used to be in touch with what was going on but has become aloof. Employee morale has dropped like a rock in most departments and the best people are jumping ship.

Free snacks. That's about it.

Cons

Was flat out lied to during the interview process. Leads flow in like the salmon of capistrano they said. You end up with accounts that have been stomped on by previous reps using the same script. In the six months of my tenure, I ended up closing only two new logos. I quit after 6 months back in 2020!

It's a remote job, but who knows how long that will last? I do not have any more 'pros'.

Cons

- Giving high-level jobs to people who have no prior experience. - Severe layoffs and constant changes in management. - Toxic leadership and management. Abuse on high level. - Leadership that is stuck in the mid-90s. - Zero diversity.
