      * First and second-line management was outstanding and they were very engaged and helpful with individual contributors. * Some very impressive individual contributors on the extended team who were very helpful when help was requested from peer members of the team. * Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      * In my opinion, the latest Private Equity RIF was implemented very poorly. My first and second-line managers did not know individuals on their team were impacted. * I experienced significant employee turnover on my team within a small amount of time.
