Everyone seems to be willing to help one another, get to work remote, many benefits for health and dental, great different kinds of leave.

Cons

Unsure of what executive team is up to now that we've been acquired, lots of changes are happening in the exec office and we're losing equity so no more RSU's. Bonus structures have changed and not in our favor. Lots of hard and technical work with varying professionals.

Alteryx still has some of the best in the industry on their staff, until they decide its time to go. The pay has been good, not sure how the acquisition will change that.

Cons

Poor leadership at the senior level. Lots of great people leaders at the front lines, and a number of solid directors, but overall the leadership made a number of poor choices which lead to the company nearly failing and being acquired.
