Good support from modality specialists.
Cons
No business development. Very poor or actually no communication from the management. No clear vision for the company. No bonuses during the pandemic based on lies, even it has been under an extreme working inviroment. No salary negotiation for years, even its agreed in the contract. HR department completely ignoring emails, calls, text messages. No communication from the management when a colleague leaves. Spareparts are often dead on arrival. Management takes no responsibility when there is a dispute about the contracts coverage. List is endless. worst job ever.
