      Pros

      Pay is better than peer companies Founder is a billionaire.

      Cons

      Where to start? No clients and limited projects. HR Policies are worst Higher management is total crap. They suck their founder's money than producing from projects. They say its a product based company, whereas its a pure body shopping company. They fire people who comes to bench after finishing the project.

      High risk of loosing job,no bench . If project gone due to higher management then ur job will be on risk if ur new joinee.
