      Stressful Experience Due to Politics and Weak Escalation Handling

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with top-tier clients, which adds great value to your resume. Decent exposure to enterprise-level projects and technologies. Flexible working hours depending on the project/client. Onboarding and initial processes are smooth and organized.

      Cons

      Lack of support from Altimetrik management when dealing with issues at the client site. Client-side politics (especially in Hyderabad office) create a toxic environment — no protection or escalation path for employees. Employees are placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) without constructive feedback or proper reasoning. HR and delivery teams often side with the client even when the concerns raised are legitimate. Job security is poor if you're placed with a difficult client manager — no internal role transition options are provided.

      Pros

      1)Note down Altimetrik is service company it haves all characteristics of typical service company. 2)they have more constraints on salary part they will try to save maximum and provide minimum to employee negotiate properly. 3)two months notice period. 4)hybrid work env. depends on project but mostly hybrid or work from home as they have small office across India. 5)Job security wise not sure but in case you have project and billable to client you are secure not sure about bench period.

      Cons

      1)Less trust on employees over precautions taken irritates 2) management is more concern over revenue and profits not much about employees their loyalty skill development etc. if they stop getting bills from client for resource then its hard to survive here stay relevant and billable is important 3) no place for emotions so employees needs to keep themselves on alert like any service company recruitment and layoffs are usual here in short Job security will be concer

      salary is ok, not much projects

      Cons

      Management decision is last and final. dont have much projects, if the customer asks for 1000 people they will hire left right and center, if the customer closed contract, they will lay off all the 1000 people.
