      1) Have good number of clients and variety of projects 2) Easy to reach out to HR for any negotiations 3) Have good scope for learning

      Cons

      1) Altimetrik does not follows its leaves usually all it follows only clients holiday plan 2) No space for team or group gatherings/activities within Altimetrik employees. 3) No scope for onsite opportunities.
