      1.Joining bonus & fixed pay - these are the way they trick you to join their company

      Cons

      1. Altimetrik HR will not contact you till you join their company only Talent will be poc. 2. Once joined, you will be in bench forever and suddenly you were asked to move out of company. 3. Not sure why they recruit in the first place if they don't have any projects in the pipeline. 4. Don't have notice period policy - just resign and leave. Will never recommend to anyone
