      Pros

      There are no pros , but I'll shed some light on how altimetrik can actually help you overall . 1. You'll be recognised time to time for removing simple if else statements 2. Will send good gifts like ear buds , oxymeter and essentials but all of poor quality will stop working in 1-2 months max 3. Will value you a lot ! Will not accept resignation till the very last day and will ghost you when you enquire about it 4. Good work life balance because you're assigned small work 5. Will give good compensation ( because internally they're so bad ) , you should use this as an opportunity to get other counter offers

      Cons

      1. They promise you a role you want to work with , will name all the tech stack you want to work on but'll put you in a different role 2. Won't help you while returning your assets , everything to be at your own expense else they won't give you your final settlement 3. Will initially give you comp for stretching over time but will eventually tell that it's not your job to stretch beyond normal working hours and that you shouldnot stretch 4. You can never grow , basically there's a upper limit to what you can reach because you'll definitely never own any component

      Good company for freshers to learn and good facilities

      Bench policy is only two months and they will give 3 chances for other accounts

      1. Good end to end learning. 2. Good infrastructure

      Cons

      1. Not a good place if you are in support department. 2. Few support divisions are driven by respective department head's decisions based on their individual interests and employee policies are for name sake in such scenarios.
