      Looks decent but filthy company

      salary is ok, not much projects

      Cons

      Management decision is last and final. dont have much projects, if the customer asks for 1000 people they will hire left right and center, if the customer closed contract, they will lay off all the 1000 people.

      You can work remotely, That is the only Pros.

      Cons

      The company shows little regard for individual contributions or expertise, and once a project is completed, employees are let go without consideration. You feel undervalued and disposable — no matter how much you contribute, you're let go the moment the work is done. It’s disheartening to give your best and still be treated like you’re replaceable.
