      Good learning scope

      The learning curve is very good until unless one shows interest in learning new technologies and accepts challenges.

      Cons

      Projects are limited so until the employee is in a project he is safe and job security is very less once he is on the bench.

      1)Less Dotnet projects in chennai location 2)You should ready to work on client places since most of them in client place 3)Don't go OLAM related projects.If you are ready Job security will be question for you
