Good company to build up your career

Pros

You will get a lot of learning opportunities that's helps building your career. They give you good package more than the other companies.

Cons

Their internal portals are not so user friendly and usually you end up getting frustated by raising tickets and GSDs.

No issue if u r in project –until you are billed.

Cons

TA Hires if No Project CTG Team Fires, This is the trend from initial. A may speak magical words, but CTG Will Not Speak but your manager and PE (HR) will speak. Don’t spoil your carrier in this tough situation’s I am sure they will shut down the operation one by one. No innovative product or project. Fully depend on billing. its worst place to work they may enter into great place to work (by bribing) it is not the fact. i thank altimetrik for firing me thank god i good opportunity.
