No boundaries to learn. Very good exposure. Some of the company policies are very employee friendly. And on top of it all, pay is well

1. Altimetrik, I feel is a land of oppurtunities. The only important thing is keep in touch with management. Keep them updated about your progess in technology. They will get you a lot of oppurtunities. Here you need to seek for an oppurtunity and I bet you will get it. But If you want to live in your own comfort zone, nobody will push you to improve. 2. Pay is Good. 3. A lot of other things

1. I rarely interacted with the HR team. But my separation was not very smooth. I felt being ignored towards the end. I also saw a degradation in employee communication towards the end of my stint in Altimetrik
