      Pros

      work from Home. Flexible. Ford projects are always good. Pay will be good and they pay for taking interviews also.

      Cons

      The altimetrik managers are very strict and sometimes abusive as we are given story points billing if we finish less story points we will be getting left and right.

      Good work life balance, people are really good. Very professional

      Cons

      Things changed a lot after the TPG takeover. And acquisition of SLK software. They now have more employees then the project they have you can get sacked anytime. No job security even if you are a good performer. Chennai based employees get promotion over people at other locations
